Operational messaging

Use incident channels, group conversations, and direct messages. Share locations and files, request acknowledgements, and follow the replies.

Response status
Read state and operational acknowledgements tell you who saw an update and how they answered.
Interrupted connectivity
Queued outbound messages can retry when the connection returns.
Encryption
Trusted text direct messages can be end-to-end encrypted in the packaged OPS app. Channels, groups, attachments, and browser sessions are outside that claim.

Connect to conventional radio.

A configured radio-over-IP bridge can connect selected AIGIS channels to existing radio systems.

Supported gateways include Vocality and JPS. Configuration and acceptance testing are part of each deployment.

Mission coordination

When incident policy allows, responders create missions in Field and take them with their active unit. Authorized coordinators manage assignments and status in OPS.

Operators review AI results before acting. Availability depends on permissions and configuration. Encrypted direct messages are excluded from AI summaries.
