AIGIS
AIGIS Command · Responder Service Record

Keep the facts of service.

Review a responder's recorded incident assignments, response roles, operational statuses, shift periods, elapsed duty time, and maintained qualification dates in one operational record.

AIGIS Command · Responder Service Record
Sanitized AIGIS Command responder response view showing recorded incident count, current response role, shift state, and elapsed duty time
Working AIGIS Command interface using deterministic fixture data. Names, incidents, roles, dates, and totals are fictitious; no production responder records are shown. Displayed time totals reflect elapsed time from recorded operational intervals.
Current response context

Start with the assignment.

When a selected incident has a responder assignment, Command prioritizes that record. Otherwise, it presents a current or recent assignment with the incident, recorded response role and status, last shift boundaries, and elapsed duty time together.

Representative assignment context using fictitious incident, responder, role, status, and time data. Each value reflects what was recorded on the selected incident assignment.
Recorded operational intervals

See the intervals behind the total.

Closed shifts use their stored start and end. An open shift uses the current time until it is ended. Command sums those elapsed intervals for the incident assignment.

Fictitious example. Closed intervals use their recorded start and end; the open interval is shown at a fixed example snapshot.
Recorded response history

See responses in context.

Keep recent stored incident assignments readable as a ledger: incident, response role, shift state, elapsed duty time, and the recorded response status. The view is operational history, not a complete career archive.

Representative ledger using fictitious records. A recorded assignment does not independently prove physical presence or complete service.

Incident

Recorded participation

The incident relationship comes from the stored responder assignment. It is not an exhaustive career total.

Role

Response assignment

The response role belongs to the incident assignment. It is not an employment rank or permanent job classification.

Shift

Open or closed interval

An interval without an end is shown as on shift. Closed intervals retain their recorded boundaries.

Time

Elapsed duty time

Elapsed minutes are derived from recorded shift intervals and presented as operational context.

Recent supported activity

See what shaped the record.

The recent activity view can surface supported response and shift events, staffing outreach or replies, PAR requests or responses, and linked callsign or entity events. Time and incident context appear when retained on the underlying record.

Fictitious recent activity. Incident context appears only when it is available on the underlying record.
Maintained qualification timing

Keep renewal timing within reach.

Qualification and training attributes can retain recorded values, issue dates, expiration dates, and current status beside the responder's operational history. The current record does not prove what qualification state existed during a past incident.

Explore Responder Readiness
The implemented evaluation uses a 30-day expiring-soon window. Results depend on the dates maintained in the responder record.
Operational continuity

One responder record across preparation and response.

Readiness shows pre-deployment qualification status. Accountability records supported incident activity. Service Record retains assignments, shifts, and other supported history.

Readiness supports review before assignment. Accountability records the active response. The service record carries supported operational history forward.
Record scope

What Service Record includes.

It combines supported assignments, shifts, qualifications, and activity. It does not include payroll, evaluations, or private personnel notes.

Recorded history is not complete proof of service

The view reflects data retained through supported workflows. It does not certify that every activity occurred or that the responder’s history is complete.

The operational record can change

Changes to incident assignments, maintained attributes, and newly recorded or ended shift intervals can change what the record displays.

Elapsed duty time is not payroll time

Duration comes from recorded shift intervals, including an open interval that continues to accrue. It does not calculate breaks, payroll, compensation, or overtime.

Qualification dates are not independent verification

AIGIS displays maintained values and expiration state. It does not issue, renew, or independently validate a license, certification, or qualification.

An incident assignment does not prove physical presence

A recorded incident relationship, response role, or operational status does not independently verify a responder’s location or presence.

The operational record is not an HR profile

This story excludes evaluations, private personnel notes, disciplinary information, payroll, benefits, and employment decisions.
