Responders use Field on iOS and Android to share location, update unit status, create missions when enabled, exchange messages, and use push-to-talk.

During the response: Keep the active mission, unit status, and incident communications available on the device responders carry.
Between connections: Supported outbound work can queue and retry. Connectivity and permissions still determine which actions are available.

Coordinators use OPS on macOS and Windows for unit tracking, incident conversations, radio, and mission coordination.

Maps: View units, missions, weather, aircraft, areas of operation, and points of interest. Inspect reported data and location freshness.
Communications: Work with incident channels, direct and group messages, and broadband push-to-talk.

Command staff manage responder qualifications, staffing, accountability, and service history in a browser.

Before deployment: Review role requirements and current qualifications. Collect availability before assigning people.
After the response: Keep assignments, deployments, recorded time, and incident participation with the responder record.

Messaging: Request acknowledgements, share operational context, and follow replies. Trusted text DMs in packaged OPS can be end-to-end encrypted; other conversation types are outside that claim.
Radio: Start with broadband push-to-talk. Add a configured RoIP bridge for selected conventional radio channels. Each deployment requires configuration and acceptance testing.
Mission coordination: Responders can create and take missions when policy allows. Authorized coordinators manage assignments and status. AIGIS does not replace a full dispatch-center CAD.
AI assistance: Review draft conversation briefings, watch-term matches, and enabled weather research. AI summaries exclude encrypted direct messages.
