Required
Missing and expired items create a gap.
The selected profile is not ready when a required item has no active matching record or has only expired matches.
Select an implemented role profile and compare it with qualifications and training recorded for a responder. AIGIS separates missing required items, preferred gaps, expired records, and upcoming expirations so command can review the record before assignment.

A generic “ready” label hides too much. AIGIS starts with the implemented role profile an operator selects, then shows the requirements and recorded attributes that produced the result.
The profile summary stays connected to the requirement rows beneath it: kind, qualification, current state, expiration, and recorded source.
Required
The selected profile is not ready when a required item has no active matching record or has only expired matches.
Preferred
A missing preferred item is counted without being presented as a missing required item.
One-of groups
When requirements share a configured group, a current matching alternative can satisfy that grouped requirement.
Expiring soon
A record inside the upcoming expiration window remains currently met while being surfaced for review.
Identity and affiliation explain who the record represents. The active incident can add team, response role, unit, and callsign context when those links are recorded. A linked platform user explains the account relationship. None of those statuses substitutes for qualification readiness.
AIGIS separates current, expiring-soon, and expired qualification records using the dates your organization maintains.
Readiness supports the pre-deployment review. After the agency makes an assignment, AIGIS can keep the responder’s incident role, unit or callsign context, recorded shifts, PAR activity, and supported documentation connected to the incident.

AIGIS compares recorded qualifications with the selected profile. Your agency verifies credentials and decides who can deploy.
The current workflow compares active qualification attributes maintained on the person record with a selected TX EMTF role profile. It does not automatically contact or validate an external licensing or training authority.
The result explains recorded gaps for the selected profile. Agencies define requirements, policy, and final assignment decisions.
Status reflects maintained dates. AIGIS does not issue, renew, or approve a qualification, certification, or license.
Identity, affiliation, response roles, teams, and callsigns support operations. They do not replace employment, payroll, evaluation, or benefits systems.
A linked platform user does not establish role readiness, and a ready result does not grant account access or permissions.
