Acceptable Use Policy
This draft policy is intended to help frame platform and public-tool misuse restrictions before legal review and customer contract alignment.
Authorized Targets Only
You may use AIGIS public website features and services only for organizations, incidents, users, assets, and environments that you own or are expressly authorized to manage or test.
Prohibited Uses
- Testing or scanning assets without authorization.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any system, account, or data.
- Using the service to harass, disrupt, degrade, overload, or damage systems or third parties.
- Uploading malware, weaponized payloads, credential lists, or exploit code except where explicitly authorized in a controlled engagement.
- Evading technical limitations, rate limits, security controls, or access restrictions.
- Using the platform in violation of export controls, sanctions, or other applicable laws.
Public Tool Limits
Public tooling is intended for diagnostic and informational use. It is not an authorization proxy, not a warrant of accuracy, and not a substitute for a properly scoped engagement or legal review.
Enforcement
AIGIS may suspend access, block requests, preserve logs, disclose misuse to relevant parties where appropriate, and pursue any available contractual or legal remedy.
Reporting
Questions about acceptable use, authorization boundaries, or suspected misuse can be sent through the AIGIS contact form or by phone at 512-866-7100.
